Grapevine, Texas (March 19, 2012) - If you are a fan of the late Elizabeth Taylor or of the Golden Years of Hollywood, make plans now to attend the one woman stage tribute, Memories of a Legend at Grapevine's Historic Palace Theatre, Friday, March 30 at 7:30 p.m.
Starring as Elizabeth Taylor, Janie Minick will tell stories about famous marriages, trials and tribulations and survival through them all. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet "Elizabeth" after the show to ask questions and have their photo taken.
Minick is a two time winner of the International Guild of Celebrity Impersonator and Tribute Artists Award for "Most Outstanding Impersonation of a Female Legend." Her love of performing began when she was ten years old with several performances in local community theater. Her focus now is portraying an illusion of a famous legend, Elizabeth Taylor. Minick has performed all over the world including Canada, Mexico, Chile and Spain. Her other appearances include casino performances, as well as television, newspapers, magazines and commercials.
