Grapevine's Nash Farm to Host Labor Day Campfire Cooking Saturday, September 1

GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (July 25, 2012) - During the upcoming Labor Day weekend, come to Grapevine's Nash Farm to learn how to use the cooking tools and techniques of some of Grapevine's earliest residents at the Labor Day Campfire Cooking event.

Life on the Grape Vine Prairie often depended on a cast iron Dutch oven. These cooking utensils are a fun way to make a connection with Grapevine's earliest residents when out on a family camping trip. Guests to Nash Farm can participate in the breakfast or lunch time session. Advance registration is required and each session is limited to 15 attendees. Registration is $15 per person. To register online, visit www.NashFarm.org  or call 817-410-3556.
