Welcome Signage

A welcome as big as Texas! Customized with a logo of your choosing, our staff will prepare and post personalized signs throughout Historic Downtown at almost 100 participating merchants welcoming your attendees to Grapevine. To qualify for this service, a convention must have at least 500 rooms booked on the peak night. Welcome Signs also feature merchant participation in our Show Your Badge Program.

Logo’s are required at least three weeks in advance and sent in a high resolution JPG or PNG format to your Destination Services contact. Signage will be posted prior to your groups main arrival day.
